Begin by gentle jogging. Then do the following exercises with some relaxed jogging in between
- high knees
- heels back
- side steps
- running backwards
- high jumps
- backwards high knees
- backwards heels back
- relaxed jumps + turnin
- arms in circles: both forwards, both backwards, opposite directions (both sides)
- walking: knees from inside to the outside (4x per side)
- walking: knees from the outside to the inside (4x per side)
